The MOST URGENT INFRASTRUCTURE we need IMMEDIATELY is:

A brand new, huge FEDERAL PRISON.

Sell the naming right to AIG and name it:

AIG federal prison.

EDIT: Donald may have a business idea selling his prized,
bankrupt 'RE' to the gov. for prison conversion. This new
prison need all the amenity needed for the new kind of
crimials.
