There are no such savings to account for, at least no significant savings. There might be additional costs just from the factors you note (and their would obviously be additional costs overall).

If replacement employees are cheaper they save money, at least they would allow for a more flexible labor force which saves money. More union activity might mean more need for lawyers and security. Most employees don't have any hours of anti-union meetings, and to the extent the tactic is used, giving unions more advantages might increase its use.
