The talking head at FOX said "the Vice President".... Which is a complete and utter lie. Biden (the CANDIDATE, not the 'Vice President', LOL!) never said that... he was QUOTING JOHN MCCAIN'S famous statement, and it was last Fall not "this weekend". And --- if FOX had not deliberately edited the video clip to cut out the next 10 seconds of Biden's campaign speech... then EVERYONE of FOX's viewers would have heard candidate Biden say "John McCain said....". LOL! Such a pitiful and stupidly obvious attempt at propaganda....
