There was a clause in the bailout package that prohibited any and all bonuses, but the demohacks changed it to read no bonuses only after a specific date in February... this is written into the document and dodd is the one who pushed that change through... this is change you can bereave in... obama ran his campaign on cleaning up Washington and transparency, I don't see anything but more of the same and cover ups... BTW, these bonuses were paid out only this past weekend, on Saturday March 15th, so they were not the ones paid out earlier... GZ
