Mr. Charters, do you know Bernie Lumbar? Do you correspond with Mason Coggins or Nyal Niemuth? I have some more questions: >Thos companies are hiding behind a court injunction. How? Coggins & Niemuth have been quoted extensively for years. In major media in this last year and have sent IPMs stock reeling -- I think their opinion is clear to the majority of IPM shareholders -- certainly all internet ones who hear these accusations repeated regulary... and repeated... and repeated. >If the Bureau of Mines had their way they would have >been run out of state. Do they regulate mining? If Mr. Coggins is so smart why did he buy Bre-x at (split adj.) $200 a share? > The professionals have been in Which professionals? Surely you're not going to behave just like a "scammer" here yourself -- you don't have an empty briefcase do you? You say "trust me" so please give some reason to. Please behave like someone who is honest not just making stuff up. Please: Name which professionals you are talking about, the dates, and location of where they have been. If they have taken samples, please geographically indicate precisely where these samples came from on, how they were unearthed, and from what depth. >and assayed Using what lab, and which methods, on which dates? >and determined that the assays are unrepeatable, That is _really_ good news it seems to me. It would lead me to believe that some assays popped out gold beads, while others then failed to repleat it. Now, this would convict a company of having refractory ore. >the environment is not valid First according to who, and what are thier credentials? Second, how specifically is the enviornment not valid? This sounds like you are just mimicing Mr. Coggins previous broad statements about there not being any Pt in the Southwest. You know he's historically wrong, don't you? You know he's not a geologist or geophysicist and didn't even know about hydro-thermal pt., right? > and the company is suspect. They have stated that in print. Well, back in the 80's when running for president, Ronald Regan stated in print that we could cut taxes, raise defense spending _and_ balance the budget -- And later Bill Clinton stated that he didn't inhale -- so don't believe everything you read. > Its a scam. Okay, please tell me how they intend to "scam" BD and Bateman _both_ into reporting on the presence of au that doesn't exist? How did they scam BD in 1995 to concluding there were was metal on the property and it warranted further investigation? How did they scam BD into reporting the labs reported PGE's? If these labs were no good, why did BD characterize them as industry recognized? Does BD take part in scams? I look foward to some honest answers from someone who has nothing to hide. Lew Green
