You're just focusing on the notion that a campaign contribution isn't a "bonus" to avoid having to defend the competency (or lack thereof) of Dodd and Geithner.

I was just answering some winger's baseless accusation...at which point you chimed in, in apparent support of the same baseless accusation...something you do quite frequently these days.

Dodd really doesn't seem to be in the wrong on this (though I dislike him for other reasons). Geithner, on the other hand...
