I've heard from my inside source, a janitor at the FDA, who was sifting through the garbage on a day that the shredder was broken, that Myotrophin is in the bag. Provigil, on the other hand, has a chance, but it isn't going to be decided in November. They want to see how Draxis fares in Canada first. I heard that one of the secretaries was recently reprimanded for releasing the advisory committee schedules ahead of official press release.
