I'd be curious to see what Brussey had to say. Can you provide some more details?

I haven't thought enough about what the ramifications of this event would be. I thought it might cause a flight to gold, but I still think that would only come IF the Fed is successful in igniting hyperinflation. And despite the HUGE sums of money they're printing, I still doubt that they're making up for the deflationary undertow at work in the private capital markets.

If prosperity was as simple as printing little green slips of paper - or making book entries at banks - we'd all be rich.
