WOW, thank you Les for finding that. "even if this sleight-of-hand is successful in making the banks willing to loan again, it will make little difference. No one wants or is able to borrow! The cause of this recession/depression never was the banks." Exactly....that's what I've been saying. All of this bull about fixing banks is a joke, IMO, or an intentional diversion.....or a way to get banker buddies and the wall street gang cash....it's BS! IMO. They should fail.
