Another Balloon shot down...Thank goodness! Obama Drops Controversial Health Care Plan for Wounded Veterans

This change was attempted and peddled as a cost saving measure.
If Obama really wanted to save money on health care, he would cut health care for 21 million illegal immigrants. Instead he targeted US Military Veterans - wounded and injured in line of duty.

In my mind, the President is trying to dismantle the military culture, the glue that holds together the notion of Duty, Honor, Country. They must destroy our culture, but will do it asymmetrically.

This is the formula we use to build a successful military unit -- DOTML-PF.
It stands for Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities.

In the formula, pay and health care are subsets of "personnel".

If you wanted to attack or destroy one or more of our military units, attacks should be focused on these same points - especially focused on the point that seems most available for attack or the one that will cause the most consternation.

This Obama trial balloon may have been shot down but its impact has not been completely eliminated. Distrust and lack of confidence will remain. That is the pervasive atmosphere that must be created to convince the masses to accept even more unpalatable changes.

I promise you this issue still sticks in the minds of Veterans. This is an example of the 2 steps forward, one step back plan as described by Mao in his revolution planning guidance.
