I never read where you complained when Bush grew the gov't payroll the fastest in the past 15 years.

Bush faced more challenges than any president since FDR. So, if he "grew the gov't payroll" there is at least a reason for it.

Given your answer, there isn't much I can say other than you need to talk to CJ about it.
