While the 165M is trivial by comparison with anything else in the legislation, it is what happens when you have corrupt people involved in the process. Had they properly vetted the people involved (including Obama) this would haven't happened. Had they properly studied the legislation, it wouldn't have happened. Had they created the legislation from the bottom up rather than the top down, this wouldn't have happened. You know where the blame resides.

People (like Geithner for instance) put their lives on hold to work on what must be a mind bogglingly complex set of problems, and all you hear on punditry TV is how we should hang them...tucker shithead carlson this morning proclaimed on morning joe's (and what a sanctimonious horse's ass he is) that he's incompetent because he's got empty seats in his cabinet...it's unbelievable. Don't be too hard on ole Tucker. He's desperately trying to resurrect his name after getting his butt kicked by Jon Stewart and his show cancelled. He's not making it as a GOPer lite.
