i would pre-position appropriately

and then annouce

- buy imf gold (after actually buying calls financed by sell puts on miners)
- devalue rmb (after actually buying calls on non-rmb currencies)
- sell t-bills (after actually shorting t-bills ahead of time against other bills)
- revalue rmb (after closing lots of deals for things, but before payment is due)

sequentially, and in between times, move positions, as in unconventional, per bernanke language
