How do you figure that? I figure 0.25 times more dollars for real, based on M1 money supply.

Even allowing for multiple addtional expansions through fractional reserve banking, 2.5 times seems too much for the next couple of years, anyway.

A 25% increase in basic money in a short time is bad enough.

OK, what I agree with is a 2.5 times increase in the CPI over the next five years or so.

Is it possible Bernanke was bluffing? Can you let us know when evidence appears he is indeed buying/printing?
