You list some real problems with China, but none of them amounts to an argument that restricting trade with China would be a good idea.

Trade is good even when you don't have a perfectly free market.

All trade between countries isn't good.

Trade is rarely between countries, even though the stats get recorded that way. Trade is between individuals and companies within those countries, who only undertake the trade if they find it beneficial.

The trade deficit with China tells the whole story.

By itself it doesn't tell much of any story. It might be used as part of a real argument, but just the number in isolation is almost meaningless.
