Al, > I will be the first to pay higher taxes when bush's tax cut expires

Why not now? The IRS takes both checks and money orders. Obama is in office, the Democrats are running the show, and the Republicans are but mere yapping dogs tied to a fence post.

Now would be a perfect time to donate to your favorite charity and watch as you take part in "stimulating" the economy. You can even tell your grandkids about how you were a part of the great move toward American socialism.

> The louder you holler the dumber you sound.

Then I guess I should have no worries, since the government will come bail me out from my own "stupidity."

Instead, I think I'll use my "unnatural love of money" to make more. That way, "smart guys" like yourself can be more generous with my tax money ... ;-)

Al,

I am well off. I will be the first to pay higher taxes when bush's tax cut expires

Are you saying were taking advantage of Bush tax cuts, while you were complaining about them all these years?

Joe

So, what are you waiting for?

Your CPA can easily tell you precisely how much your taxes would have been without the Bush tax cuts. Then, you simply cut a check for the different to IRS, Bureau of the Public Debt. They'll pay it directly on the national debt for you.

In fact, you can do this retroactively all the way back to when the Bush tax cuts took effect.

Why don't you do this? If you feel you are "well off" and that your fair share is more than the law requires you to pay, why not just boost it up to the level you're comfortable with?

I think you should, as should teddyjack and bentway and CJ and all the socialists on this thread.
