Chris:

No, we are not 'given' first dibs in the form of a private placement... There may be that opportunity, but it has lots of risks. We've heard there may be another one in the next few weeks, but I haven't checked with Helen recently. This is not like buying into the IPO at IPO time tho.... that is reserved for special people -- the good clients of the sponsoring brokerage houses.

We have no good idea when the IPO will happen (other than Frank's president's message that said it should happen before FNET's second birthday (which I THINK is February sometime).

The price is NEVER set until just before the IPO (within days). The president's message said they were hoping to raise $100,000,000 and the guesses have been 10 million IPO shares for $10... but those are just guesses!

I have no info on full listing status.

Good luck
Mitch
