Most of the election laws violated by ACORN are the jurisdiction of the individual states. I find the lack of prosecutions to be disheartening. Several have been prosecuted, but until they actually place undercover people within the target organization they will never get the big prosecution that adds up to more than street people making a buck.

Perhaps they are doing that as we speak...I mean we wouldn't know, would we? <GGG>
