Indexit, Thanks for offering the guest house. I’d love to visit you in Santa Fe again… but I doubt that that will happen any time soon. There are just a lot of family matters that have kept us close to home. Where do you think you’ll be moving to? And why would anyone want to leave Santa Fe? I’ve scaled back on my trading to have a life. I put in my 9 or 10 years of frantic days and nights and now I’m just looking and waiting for very high probability swing trades. That’s funny because my last swing trades (short, of course) lasted about 14 months. Those are LONG swing trades! My wife’s business has slowed - maybe 20%. She’s only let one person go. As for the market, I think that we may have seen the bottom. That doesn’t preclude another serious dip. Early last month, in one of my investment classes, I was asked to suggest where the bottom might be. I said 650 on the S&P. I missed it. So, I don’t know where we’re likely to go from here… except that I’m guessing that a total recovery will take until about 2013. Yes, we’ve had an exceptionally mild winter in Denver with many days in the 60s and low 70s. But of course, they are still skiing in the mountains. My best to you and your family, Flack
