Hey Z, have you read this article yet? There's a group in CT, with ties to organized labor, who is going to host bus tours of the homes of AIG execs:

nytimes.com

> And there may be more protests. The Connecticut Working Families party, which has support from organized labor, is planning a bus tour of A.I.G. executives’ homes on Saturday, with a stop at the company’s Wilton office.

Next time you come to Southern California, give me a call. I'll take you to Dana Point where AIG execs had their taxpayer-funded junket. We can then live like the rich and (in)famous ... ;-)

They are NOT going to fix the problems. If the problems do get fixed with them in charge, it will be because we kept AIG and the rest of the system propped up long enough for the bubble to reinflate, which will just lead to another crash sometime in the future.

What does that mean, "them in charge". Do you think the next cast of characters would not game a largely unregulated system....you seem to be making this personal to the folks in charge at the moment...the next set of characters would very likely do the same.

The problems are systemic... AIG is a symptom. Z it's real easy to get mad at people but it's not productive. Take the emotion out of it and we may move towards a solution. Otherwise we will probably spend a lot of our energy on witch hunts... and there are witches all over, including amoung us.

What evidence do you have that that's true? Do you know someone in the org.?
