David- Did you see the WSJ article on the Townsend Suit of ROK?
One of the most remarkable items is a request by ROK for Townsend to specify the exact claims that are alleged to be infringed. How can one file a lawsuit and not be specific as to the exact claims? Does anyone have any specifics on this other than Townsend's broad claim that he first thought of the general concept of modulations schemes such as K56flex?
