The president has slated a news conference for Tuesday at 8 p.m. EDT, his second since taking office two months ago. CBS, NBC and ABC have confirmed they plan to carry it. Fox likely will carry it as well, if history is any guide, although as of Wednesday afternoon, a spokeswoman for the network couldn’t confirm plans. The networks won't be happy about it, however.
