And while I don't particularly like that they were to get bonuses.....it was a contractual obligation made to these employees prior to the bailouts. They needed to be honored. Having said that, its good to see that some of them are returning all or part of their bonuses. If they were involved and didn't see any of this coming, they were blind. The signs were there. >BTW I once worked for a company where the principals were less than honest. At one point, they tried to get me to do something that I thought was unethical. I refused but I also happened to have $50K in the bank. My point is that its hard to buck the system when you have nothing backing you up and you have people depending on you for their survival. Its that whole walking is someone else's shoes thing. These people have been making millions! -Z
