I know what a dunce cap is. We had to wear one in high school and stand outside the class if we misbehaved during class. Our parents did not sue teachers for that. On the contrary they supported the teachers and instilled a sense of shame in their kid. My kids who have been born and raised here will get all of the things in this country that I hardly got growing up. But they will never get one thing I got: A Good Education "If reading and writing were education, then brick and stone would be architecture."
