There is one point that is being missed entirely in these lawsuits. That is the illegal marriage of Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham. Obama Sr. was according to an early article published in 2007 England still married to his first wife in Kenya when he fathered Obama, Jr., Yet, he proceeded to marry Stanley Ann, or maybe marry her, no documents produced to date. If there was no legal marriage, then how under the law can citizenship be conferred to a person having been fathered by a Kenyan, a non-citizen of the USA. The key is that there was "no divorce of the Kenyan wife" before his marrying Stanley Ann, if he did marry her. In other words since the marriage was illegal, there was no legitimate birth----no legal birth----no legal birth under the laws of marriage in the USA. Very few people will call it what it is----Obama would be considered a bastard child if these conditions are correct. I fully expect that Obama will never release his records and he will go down as The Pretender. mj
