I agree, but at least a dozen execs who received this bonus money don't even work for the company any longer, they left months ago, they left a vapor trail out the door...

A) PLENTY of quality people looking for work in financial services right now. ( No shortage. <g>)

and,

B) Like I already said --- NOTHING aligns a person's interests with the long-term performance of the company they work at quite as well as COMPANY STOCK. :-)
