Let me make sure I understand you correctly. You are saying that it is the United States fault for this incident because the Taser was made in the US?

What if the officer had a Bren? (The Bren is a firearm made in Canada by John Inglis Co., during WWII.) Would it be Canada's fault then?

What if he was shot with a Glock? Would we blame Austria?

I fail to comprehend why people place blame on a country/corporation instead of the individual who performed the act. I guess it is easier to play the role of a victim than take responsibility for your actions or lack thereof.

I live on the British Columbia border. So, it is no wonder I spend much time in Canada. Not for the "darling people" but for the incredible natural beauty. The Canadians are no different than Americans. There are many fine ones and some real jerks. Your idolizing them, I am sure most Canadians would feel, is naive and frivolous! So do I.
