I certainly don't know, but as I understand it, the AIG executives not only got even more in bonuses then previously reported, but some of them also live and are citizens of other countries. If a 90% tax is applied, it would only apply to those paying taxes here.

I must say I'd rather make it the responsibility for not only AIG, but all companies that have or wish to issue future bonuses to add those bonuses already issued be responsible to repay the govt. that money back with interest before their free of their responsibility to the govt.

While I believe the employees should respond to the company's request that some, if not all the bonus be returned, but if it isn't, or if it isn't even requested, all the money paid in bonuses once Fed bailout money was received needs to be paid back with interest.
