Why? For the sake of good form. I cannot be seen to agree with you on everything. And I haven't really thought much about it so it may have flaws I don't readily see. I would also require community service from Greensputin, Paulson, Blankfein, upper management of Freddie, Fannie, Merrill, Morgan Stanley, Lehman, AIG, et al, consisting of two consecutive years worth of working at inner city McDonalds. They'd have to live on the salary earned and could not rely any of their accumulated swag or the help of friends or strangers to make their conditions better. Any violation of the rule would add six months to their sentence.
