<<...And maybe 2 months is too soon to declare he is fucking up....>> I agree...folks gave President GW Bush much more leeway before they came to a judgement about his leadership and his presidency. President Obama has inherited some very serious problems and they won't be solved quickly. I do worry about the judgement in choosing Geithner as Treasury Secretary though -- he is too close to Wall Street and doesn't seem to have the gravitas that someone like Volcker has...A Treasury Secretary has to be bright but he also has to be able to communicate to ALL stakeholders in a powerful and credible way -- and this is mission critical to help prevent global economic meltdown.
