"After a Select Closed Door Committee Plays an Old Shell Game with New Language "

This is how 'lie', 'cover up' works.

More lies, more cover up, as long as it can. A few selective,
distintive individuals have the privilege and know how to
erase it from history. Most don't and can't. It will come out
in the open and EXPLODE / EXPOSE.

You have the idea that congress READS the legislation it passes? That this was a unique event? How many times did this exact same thing happen in the last eight years?

Wake up and smell the coffee pal. You're damn lucky if a congressman actually WRITES any of the legislation that has his name on it, let alone reads it. Most often, it's done by the special interest that wants it passed.

It shouldn't be this way, but, that's the way it is. A congress person's time is VALUABLE, and must be spent raising money for re-election.
