>>I've been delighted by Obama's willingness to make many broad, sweeping changes<< what? 1. no lbbyists - he lied. his administration si chalk full of lobbyists... and tax cheats. he didn't promise the latter while campaigning. 2. transparency - pushed through the stimulus as fast as the bushevics did... with no transparency. we still can't get a hold on where the stimulus money was spent and obama isn't losing sleep over it. treasury rewrote the stimulus bill and the white house didn't tell anyone - we had to wait until dodd and liddy spoke up. opaque is the new transparency. 3. he promised to spend as we go and his deficits run a trillion per year. 4. the military industrial complex isn't much scared about a reduction in war expenditures... obama is pretty much doing what the bushevics would do this year and he's preparing to spend lots of dollars in other areas. 5. the financial oligarchy continue to loot the treasury under obama's watch. 6. did they stop tapping all phone calls yet? did they? did they? transparency? constitution? where? etc... ad nauseum. meet the new boss, very similar to the old boss.
