Thanks Robert for those objective, unbiased benchmarks. Thank goodness we have cyrix's official benchmark to give us a truely clear indication of how the 2 processors stackup. We know Cyrix is fair and would surely post ALL the benchmarks, not just the very few that under carefully controlled conditions show theirs having a slight edge. The trouble is though you didn't include ALL the benchmarks. How about posting those which show FPU performance? Or purely 32 bit performance? What are the AGP scores? You did say it competes aginst Pentium II. Where are the Cyrix servers and how do they compare? I can't seem to find any. Also please list where I can get a 266 or 300mhz version. EP
