This past week it started running radio ads about the virtues of owning your own home........ I read a good article about the downsizing of US homes... meant to post it to you and forgot. The smart builders are building 1700 to 2100, lots are cheap, workers are cheap, materials are cheap. A good sign... but there is also a lot of "pent up demand" to sell existing homes; a lot of people who are not even listing their property in this economy. So I think the supply/demand imbalance has at least a year to run. And that's assuming the economy doesn't continue to spiral down.
