Okay, I've tried to make my point as best I can. The only thing I can say is that to the extent any of these expenditures contain a "fixed cost margin contribution", taking these expenditures out of the American health care system simply increases costs elsewhere. That includes facilities, providers, and drugs. And thus, there is no "free ride".
