Better hustle up and start scheduling time for 'debates' and such in public... 'cause isn't their a hard deadline in the rescue package for acceptance?

There are parts of that package that gives the Federal government control of the state and the state must pay back much of it. It's not smart to go into too much debt, so discussing this with the states finicial people and others is smart.
