You tell me to read their history and you don't know where the Taliban came from. Well its not Brooklyn, but its not Afghanistan either. Exactly. That's the case with most of these guys. They don't know the history or they don't see the bigger picture, and conclude that America's war in Afghanistan is somehow equivalent to the Soviet's invasion. To them, it is all the same. Teddyjack was also confident the Iraq War was another Vietnam. Of course, he never could quite articulate just how that was.
