The Canadian Gov't has raised interest rates twice in the last several months, twice, to hedge off minor inflation fears and boost up the weakening C$.

As I stated I am not really sure of the type devaluation I was told about. I ASSUME he meant pressure from different quarters to bring the C. Dollar down further. I just don't know. Was hoping that maybe someone had more insight.
