for all the money, they could open a national bank, seize all of the transactions systems already in place, and just let these banks cease to exist including all the off balance sheet crap. end of story. then cut the bank up into regional slices and sell them into the market place. end of story. all this pussy footing around is not only doomed, but a terrible waste of time and the very same money. end of story. let all these bad businesses fail, as they should. end of story.
