One of the "inheritances" the current administration doesn't mention very often is the homeland security situation in which America was free from attack for nearly 8 years.

On that basis bush failed again, since the only lethal attack on the homeland since Pearl Harbor took place on his watch.

What you Bushies refuse to admit is that the absence of attacks in no way "proves" that it was a result of Bush policies. It's a fallacious argument. The same argument "proves" that Clinton's policies kept us free from attacks on the homeland from 1993 to 2001, and is just as fallacious.
