People,

Sorry that I missed a big part of LD's presentation due to a bad spill on the highway which blocks all lanes for a long while. I did get there soon enough to catch the tail end and participate in the Q&A.

My overall impression with the company is very positive. LD comes across as a very competent, honest and straight shooter. Between 30-40 share owners showed up with a lot of good questions. LD shares his view of the future of the company with high confidence - but, as we all know that we are talking about peering into the future here and things may change due to things outside of anyone's control. He also shares some sensitive information which I don't feel comfortable posting it here w/o the company's blessing. I hope that a prepared transcript of the meeting will be posted at the company's website for the people who could not make it.

These are my impressions about what I set out to look for:

1. NT market is growing and will contribute more to the revenue.
2. Unix is a possibility, but it has to be something worth doing. LD
said he's open to it and may put in a call or two to his Unix
contacts.
3. The margin looks good due to sales on the high end. The partnership
with Panasonic is working out for the company. So is the one with
Microsoft - even though the reason which drew me back in seems to
be sleeping at the moment. But in its place there are other
positive developments with MSFT.
4. LD confirmed what's inside the annual report. Compensation is
weighted with stock options - just the right thing to do. He's
deadly serious about cost control.

I don't think I can ask for more and will be happy holding on to my shares for a long while. Too bad that the timing of the meeting could not be more opportunistic. Had it been held yesterday, early this morning would have been a great buying opportunity.

Good luck, everyone.

-Al
