Dear Latif, my read of this tread does not predict GLOOM and DOOM.

This tread only discusses the fact that US equities are overvalued by historical standarts, that most of the participants do not belive in the "NEW ERA" until proven, (as is A. Greenspan, BTW).

Also that the easy debt piled in recent years in Asia may have repercursions on the profitability of US corporation especially the international concerns, and that the currnt debacle will take several years to repair. Japan has around 7 under their belt and Europe (Germany/France) about the same. UK is on same footing like the US.

How would you call someone writing out of the money puts??

Bullish or Bearish or just Prudent

Thank you of being accurrate and to the point.

Happy trading
Haim

IQ, back on logic. << if total corporate profit driven out of that area is only 6% how much deflationary it can really get? >>

You forget that 6% profit can become 16% loss, the loss limit is not zero, but minus infinity.
