Joanie ,In the msn outloo k some where therei s a box to ck off wether to use msn as you inernet provider or not .If you choose yes then it will dial up msn if you choose no then you also have to change the pop 3 and smpt setting to your internet server providers setting of which i have no idea what they would be.what browser do you use for your other provider and somewhere there pop3 servers and smpt adress should be available also you can have 2 or more mail accounts if you set in outlook again you can name a different account IE: Joanie 2 and then configure this one for msn and configure your Joanie 1 account for your other provider . This may be the way to go.
Regardless though you need those adresses from your other internet proveder.
