He needs to do that...but can't possibly in 65 days....no way It's coming though...with Hillary saying WE are just as complicate in the Drug WAR going on is the TRUTH... LEGALIZATION WILL KILL THE CARTELS... people using will USE... Free LAWenforcement and the judicial system to go after real criminals....and many that steal etc are just trying to get money for drugs... let them have them...and stay home...off the streets...
