That is a great find Neeka...Most people don't even think of all the economic, physical, and emotional tolls that event cost all of us, not only at impact, but over the years.

The number has to be for all those levels at least $2 Trillion or more...not including the Miliary who were really luring the "terrorists" to one place (Iraq)....or Afghanistan.

We gripe and forget about things and the cost of items like TSA, and all the Coast Guard and other Coast/Port/Ferries/Trains and of course Planes... I don't think that report included any of those items, because we haven't evolved as yet.

Hopefully, Congress will be watching that Budget very carefully to be sure those costs are included. We have to do that with our own home budgets....plan for disaster, and hope for the best.

Obama will probably plan on hope, and if disaster strikes, change the budget he recommended to go UP...

After the Omnibus Budget for the rest of this year, most of us are just stunned at how small minded and peevishly stupid some of our Congresspeople really are.
