Obama needs to be specifically nailed down on what health care costs he is talking about.

At the present time, what does the government directly pay for that would call for health care costs being controlled, reduced. Medicare, medicaid, FDA, CDC.

One area he mentions is controlling the cost of services for medicare for seniors----------in one interview not tonight he indicated there were many unnecessary tests given to Seniors when there was little that could be done to help them---the remark was made in a very offhand way.

This for me gets into the 'life issues'. e.g. Would he deny Medicare paying for a whole body scan or for a procedure that could give the person 20 more years of a productive life?
