When I worked in Oregon I was asked if we should print tree planting inspection forms in Spanish for contractor self-inspection. I said not no -- HELL NO! And while you're at it, get rid of contractor self-inspection. I made it my business to be friendly to the Hispanic planters and talked to them in Spanish as much as I was able. They liked it and it made the work more enjoyable. No way do I want to do business in Spanish. This is just crazy.
