He achieved his goal...got the neophyte bush to follow a very stupid path for America that is and then he faded from view. We know you think the war was stupid. There are those of us who think it was a good strategy for reducing the threat of terrorism. Nobody was able to show it didn't work, and in fact, given Obama's actions, it can never be shown. Any future terrorist attack on America is a direct result of Obama's incompetence. In that sense, the Bush legacy is in the the clear. Bush protected the country from attacks after 9/11. That cannot be taken away from him, as much as you guys want to bash him.
