Canadian class action lawsuits will bring more money into the Bre-x coffers. U.S. class action lawsuits for stockholders may be awarded to Bre-x stockholders, residing in the U.S..

With all the cash going to the Canadian court, a trustee will probably be appointed. All Bre-x employees will be subject to dismissals. What will happen will be interesting. What can a trustee do?
