Sociopathic people tend to rise to levels of leadership because of their ability to project principles while having none. They lay waste to people, land, and property for personal gain. This has gone on under all systems of government. East Germany was a superfund site under Communism. China's $2-Trillion isn't anywhere near enough to begin to clean the toxic pollution in the lakes, rivers, and ground.
